Head of Venus right, wearing stephane, pendant earring and beaded necklace. R. CAESAR DIVI F, Octavian advancing left, in military attire with chlamys flying behind, right hand outstretched, transverse spear in left. Ref: RIC I 251. An attractive piece with light toning and smooth surfaces. From the collection of the late Mr T. Carter.
